At Flow Perfumes, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to our studio in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
